Gynecology Gynecological checks

Our gynecologists will help you control your health.

A yearly gynecological check helps the prevention and early detection of problems at the reproduction organ level.

A gynecological test includes:

  • Clinical questionnaire.
  • Cytology (“Pap Test” or “Pap smears”), to detect pre-cancerous or already cancerous lesions in the cervix (prevention of cervical cancer).
  • Clinical exploration.
  • Transvaginal ultrasound: by using ultrasounds, we get female internal genital images from the device, which generally provide discriminatory information as opposed to a clinical exploration.
  • Other explorations: depending on the case, we can perform additional tests such as colposcopy, 3D or 4D ultrasound, a sonohysterography, hysteroscopy, breast ultrasound, mammography, densitometry (osteoporosis diagnosis), blood analysis, etc.

We recommend performing a gynecological check once a year (annual gynecological test), under the condition that there is no other reason requiring to perform a check at a different time.
