Assisted Reproductive Treatments Adoption of Embryos

This technique presents the same indications as those of the oocyte donation. The difference is that the embryo is formed beforehand and vitrified in the embryo bank.

This technique is useful for patients that want to adopt embryos provided by other couples (Embryo Bank) or embryos formed by the gametes of an oocyte donor and a sperm donor originating from the Sperm Bank (refer to the Oocyte Donation Program). The pregnancy rate reaches approximately 60%.
